I have been a massage therapist for 18 years, and use an extensive knowledge of massage techniques incorporated into every massage. Although I was trained in therapeutic massage, I have experience using a variety of relaxation techniques as well. Through continuing education classes, I have greatly expanded my abilities to include hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology, Thai foot massage, CranioSacral therapy, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, aromatherapy, and Japanese face-lift massage. My mission is to help each client attain a better quality of life and achieve optimum health.
I am a mother of two wonderful children and have a very loving and supportive husband. We love spending time together as a family being outdoors and playing. We are avid Univeristy of Michigan football watchers, and we enjoy sports of all kinds. I grew up in Ohio and moved here in 1994. I have a BS degree in Clinical Lab Science from Eastern Michigan University with a minor in pre-veterinary medicine and a minor in Chemistry. I was a veterinary technician for 10 years, and worked in an R&D lab before going to massage school. I graduated from Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh with honors in 1999.
